LET'S CHOP IT UP!

I learned early on that I had a natural ability to motivate others and inspire people to work and live beyond the goals they set for themselves. Throughout my career, I’ve had the pleasure of leading people from all walks of life. From each of them, I’ve learned a great deal around leading with empathy and compassion. Honestly, I’ve developed each year along the way dating back to when my career leading people began in 2005. There’s a level of gratification as a leader when you recognize the responsibility you have to transform lives and the power of sharing in a person’s trajectory. WH A T DO YOU LIKE MOST A BOUT BEING IN A LE A DERSHIP ROLE ? The transformation of careers and lives is what I enjoy most about leadership. As I reflect on my personal leadership journey, I’m humbled with knowing I played a major role in life’s walk for someone else. I’ve been able to witness all aspects of a person’s life including the birth of children, sickness of family members, death of those closest to them, emotional struggles of daily life and throughout each of those moments. I was given the honor of coaching them through the challenges to still be able to excel in their career. When I think about the role that I’ve experienced to coach beyond capability and challenges, I’m overjoyed and grateful for the responsibility that I’ve been granted as a people leader. WHEN DID YOU RE A LIZE TH A T YOU W A NTED TO LE A D OTHERS , A ND WH A T DID TH A T LOOK LIKE FOR YOU ?
